Bradwood is on record expressing concerns about Foster's potential ethical conflicts. Yet in a February 24, 2010 Willamette Week article, Attorney General Kroger described Bradwood's complaints as "frivolous," saying, "Brent is one of the very best environmental lawyers in the state, and I hired him to work on issues like [LNG]" Later in the article, Kroger characterized Bradwood's "discontent" as a "sideshow". Willamette Week: Gas Attack

And then we find out in the last few days, on the heels of Northern Star/Bradwood Landing LLC's announcement of their bankruptcy that they passed on $76,000 to Energy Action Northwest, a coalition of Union Shops and Unions lobbying to ensure union contracts and jobs on the proposed Bradwood Landing project and which subsequently filed a complaint against one of NSNG/BWL's arch adversaries and significantly, Columbia RiverKeeper with IRS claiming CRK allegedly mis-used its non-profit status by participating in the Recall Elections of at least three of four Clatsop County Board of Commissioners sitting in review, deliberation and approval/denial of the proposed Bradwood Landing project. Two of those recalls were successful.
