Go for it! It sounds like she expects it. First make her tell you exactly how she gets it. Make her tell you every detail from everyone who has spanked her. Then use what you like from the stories to make your own ritual for her to follow. She will not disobey I bet. Just say like "count the strokes like your dad makes you" or "your uncle belt whipped you naked so I can too if I want". The more strict you are the more she will be submissive if that is how she was raised.

Also she probably wants to be your girlfriend. If so you can spank her for disobeying you as a girlfriend too. I cant believe you did not have sex with those other girls, too. I am sure they wanted it but wouldnt say.
