My younger boy Bruce was caught smoking yesterday by his 18-year-old sister Stephanie. She surprised him on the back porch, and while he tried to make light of it ("I wasn't really smoking, I was just pretending"), he also knew he was in for a good, sound spanking on his bare bottom. What he hadn't ever imagined was that Stephanie would be pulling down his pants and warming his naughty backside across her knee, not me. I saw it as a perfect opportunity to cultivate the dominant streak in Stephanie's nature by letting her spank her little brother. She and I simply switched positions with Stephanie being seated on the family room couch while Bruce stood shame-faced before her. He knew enough not to resist as his sister's capable fingers methodically took down first his trousers and then, oh so shamefully, his underpants. A 13-year-old boy with a bare bottom, about to be put across his big sister's lap for a spanking - 'school' was most definitely in session! Hand and hairbrush would've been my trusted combination, and that's just what Stephanie employed with her brother's tempting backside turned up for reddening. I noticed she gave him an extra measure of bare hand on bare bottom, and poor Bruce's shame was fairly palpable. But there again, naughtiness will simply not be tolerated, and an over-the-knee, bare bottom spanking sends that message with crystal clarity. Her weeping brother's bum was blushing very nicely by the time Stephanie picked up my hairbrush. From a smacking to a paddling...the transition was smooth as silk. Believe me, if young Bruce thought he'd already been soundly spanked, he thought again as the hairbrush practically sent out a call to the Fire Department! The slight smirk on Stephanie's pretty face as she paddled her brother made me proud. She hadn't hurried; she'd taken her time and administered a spanking her naughty little brother wouldn't soon forget. As per usual, the spanking experience featured a half hour of pants-down corner time as its closing act. Pretend or not, teary Bruce's smoking habit was now a distant memory. And as Stephanie admired her handiwork, she showed every sign of being a spanker after my own heart. A lesson taught, and a lesson learned. When 15-year-old William got home from the library, we were just sitting down to dinner...some of us a little more easily than others.
