Add column 1 and 2. Where you see Column 3 is total points. Now, add column 4 to column 3 to get your total marks. Those are your RAW scores. Now you rank those dancers. You will see that competitor 25 will have the highest Raw score and so on Once you have all the dancers ranked (and double check your numbers at this point to make sure you didn't transpose a number), then you look at your Irish Points chart that they give you (You don't have to memorize the Irish point system) and assign 100 points to first place, 75 to second etc. You will have a couple of ties so that they can see that you know what to do. In the case of a tie, (ie, 2 dancers tie for second. You take the points for 2nd and third, add them and divide by two. Then make sure to skip third place in your next placement). Hope that didn't confuse you more.
