[本報訊] 香港著名導演李力特透露，有見日本核危機日趨嚴重，而日政府冷卻反應堆的措施未見明顯成效，所以李氏有意前往福島，用其幽默感協助冷卻反應堆，並希望入境處能派出包機運送他儲存於貨倉的大量”真係笑話”前往日本，用於封鎖及冷卻周邊地區。

而日本政府不知李力特是誰，但日籍漫畫家車田正美證實，李氏為水瓶座黃金戰士卡妙的師父，冷凍能力舉世無雙，遂建議日政府盡快安排李氏前往災區，並下令核電廠內餘下所有的工作人員做好禦寒準備。
