The school principal of our Alma Mater (SFXC Kowloon), Mr. Yuen Chi Fai, is going to retire after this academic year. Mr. Yuen will have served at SFXC for 38 years, right since his graduation from university. He's the first layman principal in the history of our Alma Mater, taking over the principalship from Bro Anthony Cheng in 2006.
The Alumni will organise a banquet named "Salute & Pledge Banquet" to bid our farewell to him, as well as to pay our salute to his past devotion, and also our pledge to his future pursuit, be it a caretaker of his little granddaughters, an adventurous voyager round the globe, or a casual partygoer mingling with friends and old boys. Our blessings will surely go to Mr. Yuen just the same.
The details of the banquet:
Date: 25 June 2010 (Friday)
Venue: Centenary Ballroom, Marco Polo Hongkong Hotel
Time: Reception at 7pm, Dinner at 8pm
Fee: HK$500 per head
28 Tables. First come, first served.
