每一所學校均有類似的隱型炸彈，問題只在多與少。

由於疾病屬個人私隱，家長有權不告知學校，增加學校在識別學生有特殊學習需要會的困難，更遑論提出協助。

正如某些專家的高論，教師缺乏處理精神病患者的專業知識；但問題在於政府既知道教師沒有這方面的專業知識，但又硬要我們照顧這些有特殊學習需要的同學。學校所面對的兩難問題也在此。

前幾年，曾經試過要求社工及教育心理學家轉介學生往看精神科醫生或臨床心理學家，結果排公家隊的，動輒要半年後，試問：遠水又如何可以救近火？

各位同學：今天學校要面對的問題很多，很難一一為大家解說，不過，我可以清楚告訴各位，一所學校的老師、學生或校友，如果沒有共同願景和價值觀，再加上內部不團結，缺乏人和，面對今天的社會大環境和教育生態，這所學校一定沒有前途可言。

希望大家明白。

公仔佬今天已是半個外人，本不應對大家的討論置喙，但也容許我提出一條問題：無根的口舌之爭，誰會得益？誰會受害？
