【本報訊】大學四年制推行在即，各大學仍就重組本科課程而大傷腦筋之際，卻忽視了如何讓副學位畢業生銜接至本科課程的問題。負責為八大副學位課程進行質檢工作的聯校素質檢討委員會表示，八大現時仍未就「 2+2」副學位銜接模式取得共識， 2012年未必可以完成過渡，副學位畢業生將來可能需花更長時間，方能取得學位資格。
教育局早前表示，副學士畢業生完成兩年課程後，若成績符合大學水平，可望銜接至四年制大學課程的第三年，即四年內能取得學位與大學新生看齊。不過，委員會主席陳增聲昨指出，這「 2+2」機制到 2012年未必可推行，「間間大學有唔同要求，譬如有啲大學讀四年要修 120學分，咁副學士嗰兩年係咪全數可以計晒 60分？加上新制多咗好多共同學科，副學士生係好大可能要候補番，咁就可能唔只兩年。」
他又透露學術及職業資歷評審局最近嘗試一項先導計劃，讓外國大學的學位課程於本港「落地」，課程學生將可享有與本地學位課程對等的借貸計劃，料日內檢討後再作公佈。
