EVENTS:
HEAVENLY ANGEL-NATURAL CONTESTANT EVENTS 1-Minute Time Limits
1.Heavenly Angel-Natural Beauty: Girls are to wear a Sunday best, Sunday Best Type Dress, Flower Girls dress, Cocktail type dress, skirt & top, dress slacks with a coordinating top or a suit. Custom made Baby Doll Dresses permitted as long as they are not Glitzed up. You are not permitted to add Rhinestones. However Sequins are permitted. No Pageant Cupcake Dresses or Gowns! Your clothes are only being judged for color, fit, style, does it compliment your child, not by how expensive it is! This can be made or store bought. Dresses are not allowed to be longer than tea Length- MUST be above the Ankles! No Pageant Dresses allowed! No fake hair, eyelashes, Flippers or tanning solutions on skin allowed on anyone!
Mascara and Clear Lip Gloss Permitted! None of the following are allowed for 0-10 Year olds- concealers, Foundation, Powder, blush, eye shadows, eyeliners or gels! We will do a Make-up check with a wet wipe Prior to every competition that no make-up guidelines are set for. If the contestant is found to have makeup on you will need to remove it immediately or you will be disqualified from the event with no refund. The judges at this point will be made aware you had make-up on your child and they may deduct points at their discretion. After the make-up is removed you will be rechecked prior to going on stage as well as rechecked upon exiting the stage.. 1-MINUTE TIME LIMIT
0-4 year olds will be judged on 1-20 Points Facial Beauty and 1-20 Points Personality.
5-10 year olds will be judged on 1-20 points for Facial Beauty and 1-20 Points Personality and Question and Answer with on stage question prior to their beauty walk
11-up will be judged on 1-20 Points Facial Beauty and 1-20 points Personality, Self introduction before beauty walk, and Poise and grace. 11-up No make-up Restrictions! Just no Airbrush tanning or false eyelashes!

OUTFIT OF CHOICE
2 Heavenly Angel-Natural Outfit of Choice would still be no Fake Hair, No Fake Eyelashes, No Tanning...Hair and Makeup rules would stay the same the only make-up allowed is costume make-up- FRECKLES added for Strawberry Shortcake, Red Circles on Cheeks for Tin Soldier. Full pageant makeup like you would do for Beauty is not allowed in Natural for this event. Keep it simple. CAN BE CUSTOM MADE—ADDED RHINESTONES ARE ALLOWED! Extra Outfit of choice ideas---Jungle Wear, Casual Wear, Swimwear, Fitness Wear, and Western Wear, Commercial Wear, Costume. Props are allowed but set up time is part of your time limit

DREAMLAND DIVA – GLITZY CONTESTANT EVENTS: 1-minute time limit!
1. . Dreamland Diva-Glitzy Beauty: Pageant Dresses Permitted, No restrictions, your clothes are only being judged for color, fit, style, does it compliment your child, not by how expensive it is! We do not have set guidelines for gowns, Cupcake or Baby doll Style Dresses. Wear what works best for your child! Make-up, False Eyelashes, fall, Cascades, Flippers and tanning are all permitted! This is the Glitzy side!
1- Minute time limit
0-4 year olds will be judged on 1-20 Points Facial Beauty and 1-20 Points Personality.

2. Dreamland Diva-Glitzy Outfit of choice: Outfit of choice. Think trendy and what is in style. Age appropriate. Casual wear can be custom made or you may choose an outfit of choice- Jungle Wear, Western Wear, Swimsuit, Costume etc.. You may accessorize! PRO-AM Modeling allowed, there will be one winner in each age group. Scores get added in for Supreme titles. YOU MAY PROVIDE YOUR OWN MUSIC! Fake hair, eyelashes, Flippers and tanning solutions are permitted! No Clothing restrictions! 1-minute time limit


You must be on Time for All areas of Competition. If you are late contestant will receive a 1-POINT deduction Per Judge. We Follow the Schedule given to you at registration Saturday Night.
