Heavenly Angels and Dreamland Divas Policy Regarding Deposits
We do not Offer Refunds or Transfer Fees towards another Pageant. All Deposits are Non Refundable and No Transferable!

Wristbands
All Persons NOT competing MUST have a wristband on at all times Remember Every Contestant receives one with their all for one fee. That is for one parent. All guest, children not competing must have one on at all times, competition all day Sunday. $10.00 per person Door Admission for everyone! We charge for everyone who comes as a guest to help cover expenses. We put a lot of effort and expense in our pageant this helps with the cost and we want the whole family to have fun.

Raffles
We will have our Raffle Table set up tickets are 25 for $5.00

VENDORS:
All Vendors must Book their own small conference rooms. Call the hotel directly and ask for Marketing. Tell them you are coming for Heavenly Angels Pageant and are inquiring about renting a small conference room. That way you can lock up your make-up and have it secured and come and go as needed. We are not responsible for anything left in the changing room or any vendor rooms!

Hair and Make-up and all other Vendors:
Anyone who wants to book with a vendor you must do so immediately! Most vendors only take a certain number of clients and many are already booked solid! Many require a deposit to secure your place! Do not wait! We do not care who you use, if you choose to use a vendor it totally up to you! It has no bearing on the pageant. All vendors listed on our site have asked prior for permission to come and all are aware of out H/M guidelines. I cannot and will not suggest whom to use! Do not ask my opinion! All are great professionals and have had winners at our pageant system. Their contacts and pertinent info can be found on our web site.

CHANGING ROOM
CHANGING ROOMS ARE ONLY FOR THOSE NOT STAYING AT THE HOTEL TO CHANGE IN! THIS IS NOT FOR HAIR AND MAKE-UP OR ANY OTHER VENDOR!
NO EXCEPTIONS!

NO MEN PERMITTED IN CHANGING ROOM AT ANY TIME!

You must be on Time for All areas of Competition. If you are late contestant will receive a 1-POINT deduction Per Judge. We Follow Schedule given to you at registration Friday Night!

Bill Cooncat Productions Will be our Official Photographer
Bill is offering a one-day option and a 2-day option. For the one-day, It is his normal $45 special / $55 regular price and for both days, $55/$65. From a sales standpoint, it’s cool that they get the additional day for just $10 more and it’s cool that they get a $10 discount for ordering at registration.
