OPTIONAL Photogenic Competition. Photo must follow Make-up guidelines same as you would do for beauty. Photos will be judged on Overall First Impression, Photogenic Appeal, Clarity & Quality, and age appropriateness! May be submitted in B/W or color! There will be a photogenic winner in each age group. Photos will be returned after competition.
