Subject: Just a few reminders for the Riverwoods Pageant this Saturday.



1. PLEASE DO NOT FORGET YOUR 10 or more Bingo items to be donated for the residents of the nursing home. PLEASE ONLY BRING THOSE ITEMS LISTED>>>

Each contestant please bring 10 items that can be given to the residents as BINGO prizes! Items requested-Boxes of Tissues, hand lotion, pens, pencils, notepads, Large Print word search books and crossword puzzle books.

NO CANDY---NO BREAKABLE ITEMS—NO PERFUMES/COLOGNES—
-NO BATH SCRUBBIES


2. Schedule:

0-4 Year old Girls and boys will compete in the Morning

9am-9: 30am ----------0-4 year old Registration-

10am ----------------- Competition followed by awards


BREAK



5-10 year old Girls will compete in the Afternoon

12:30 to 1:00 pm Registration 5-up
1:30pm---------------------Competition followed by awards

4. When you arrive at the nursing home Please enter through Main Entrance..
You will come in the Main Door and Walk Straight down the hall.. Pageant is going to be held in MARLOW HALL.. PLEASE PARK IN BACK PARKING LOT.. DO NOT BLOCK Entrance ways ..

5. Remember this is a Nursing home ... We must not have children running around. Please keep children in the Pageant area only.

6. PLEASE bring your children drinks in NON-SPILL cups.
Last pageant parents were giving children soda cans .. not attended and they got spilled on the carpeting. Also were feeding their children crackers and such and had food all over the floor. It is your responsibility to clean after yourselves. This is afterall a home for these residents and we need to respect their home!

7. PLEASE have contestants NAME and AGE on back of the Pictures PRIOR to coming it helps save time at registration!!


I look forward to a great pageant!! We are not charging Door Admission for guest however there will be a canister to place donations in for the residents activity fund. Remember they allow us to use the nursing home for free! This makes the pageant a cheaper cost for all to enter. Without the use of their facility we need to increase the price of the pageant.

We are awarding BINGO Ambassador these will win a Crown , Monogrammed Sash and Trophy to the 0-4 and 5-up person bringing in the most BINGO Items!!
