Karen, definitely a very very low dose of H because she's so young. By northeast USA do you.mean like the Boston area? I hear that part of the USA is very strict and not very liberal and understanding to the type of things we allow our kids to do. Let me know if thats correct. The Southern part of USA is more liberal and easy going I think.
