I was 3 and wasn't even potty trained. My parents loved smoking and made me start. They had strict rules making me smoke 1 full cigarette first thing in the morning before doing anything else along with after eating, while watching TV, playing with my toys, car rides and etc. I'm 42 now and still smoke and love it!
