 Hi, Isabel. Thanks for an on-topic post! I think I remember reading about this festival in the past. It's great to know that respect for tradition has stopped the killjoys from phasing out what must be a delightful spectacle. It's just a shame that kids have so few openly smoking role models these days, but I hope enough of them are curious enough to want to try it. And very good news if the 'habit' takes hold and lasts for life.
