 You seem very determined to smoke and wants to start badly and that is fantastic! I don't know how much cigarettes are in texas because I'm from the United Kingdom. But the fact you're parents don't smoke will make it hard for you to start. Maybe talk to your ant about smoking and maybe she will ask your parents about you smoking. I hope you can start smoking because you will love it alot and you won't want to stop!!
