Pulling the battery wont work!
CMOS clear jumper is non-existant on Dell laptops!
The software will not work on 595B laptops!

The "safest" way to erase the passwords (if Dell cant help you) is to replace the eeprom. Shorting out pins is highly dangerous and we have had 3 laptops in that the customer has shorted out the wrong pins and now the laptops are useless!
