i have a dell c610 and i have cleaned the bios password (not the HardDrive password) with no software at all , just made a reset in the correct pins on the correct chip ( not on the bios ) when turning on the laptop . It also says in the bios that my laptop DOES NOT HAVE a service tag number . any questions : dc_jojo_75@yahoo.com
