Subject: I am going insane

I need to reset my bios password when I turn it on it goes straight to a bios password and with the password prompt it says service number and then a space for the password I have tried finding the cmos batt,taken the whole thing apart and cant find a batt. I need software that allows me to bypass bios password and erase every thing can you help I hope some one can i have tried every thing,, thanks a billion!!!!!!!! p.s. HEEEEEEEEEELLLLLLLP
