I am my spouse have a dell latitute xpi 150st that keep clocking us out because of we fogot the password initially it was working find but the drive was to small and we decided to upgrade the machine by getting a biger drive after geting it we can't enter setup because to the password. in my research in your website (http://dell.com) I
found out that a master password can help us but the this can only be gotten by contacting dell technical support please may you help us the password. thank
