Load of rubbish as far as i can see. Password program generates a password that doesn't work or is it me???
Enter service tag etc as required type in code on my laptop and ....... NOTHING!!!!

Forgive me as i don't mean to appear brash it's just that poeple keep promising that this and that works and it always turns out to be garbage.
