From what I hear, it is impossable to acess the data on the hard drive without the password. You might be able to still use the hard drive if you could find a way to format it and erase all the data. Try booting from a systems disk in the A: which includes fdisk. First type format C:. If that doesn't work, run fdisk and partition the drive. If you are realy desperate to get the data you could try this crazy idea I just had ( chance of success 1%). On the back of your hard drive is a series of metal squares aranged togeather. My guess is if you take a piece of aluminum foil and short 2 of these at a time and turn on the computer, it might work. On the other hand, you could short out the drive or worse, your laptop.
