Company has been in business for 15 years. Have a P120 from 10 years ago and it's still running great. Recently purchased an 8886 model for $1850 with 512M RAM that was better equipped than a Dell 8200 that sold for $3000. Machine runs like a dream. Only drawback is that it is a hefty unit to carry around. The company is for real and they are very accomodating. Check out some of the discount buyers of their products like mobileperipherals.com or any others. Put in a search for sager notebooks and you'll get a good selection. The prices are slightly lower than Sager direct. Good Luck
