Dear Sir,

The objective of this LTN Purchase Program is to provide an opportunity for owners of Brasilian Letra do Tesouro Nacional bonds (LTNs) to sell those bonds for an approximate purchase price of 18% of Maturity Value (PU+), Net to Bond Owner and with no up-front cost.
