-Covers her head and lays across Duo, her back absorbing most of the attack. She grits her teeth, willing herself not to scream. She closes her eyes, trying to regulate her breathing. Stands slowly, beginning from a squatting postion. She hobbles over the the pair and looks down at them. Her hands tremble at her side, but she takes no action 'What have I done? All I wanted to do was stop this, and I caused more destruction than I helped stop...' Growls angerly at herself. 'and I can't help them, they would turn and kill me...and others' Turns and looks at Duo. Softly murmers- I can't let them...-Reverts attention to them again, then slowly squats by Nine. She touches the wound, then pulls away bloody fingers. Watches the ebb and flow of Nine's blood wash onto the steril floor, then gengerly picks her up. She carries her to a gernnie (sp) and sets her down. She rips up the starched blanket, then wraps the material around Nine's waist. She synches it tightly, then sighs- I have done what I will do for you...for the time being...Don't expect me to go soft next time we meet. -Shakes her head, then walks over to Duo's side and nudges him softly, trying to see if he remains concious or if she will have to carry him out. Closes her eyes and laughs softly- It's my turn now pal...
