I am so very confused as to the Mrs. pageant I should select to compete in. Everyone on here says good and bad about both. Could someone explain the differences between the United States and America systems. Pros and cons of both. Website addresses would be helpful. I didn't think deciding would be so hard, but WOW I'm overwhelmed!!

Getting info from this board isn't the way to go. Google the Mrs Maine America pageant and then send a message to the current queen...ask her what her experience was like. And Heidi, Mrs Maine US can be found on facebook and she is really good at getting back to you. She was an atlarge queen so she didn't compete at the State level since there wasn't a pageant last year, but she can give you her ideas on US and the current Maine US director. (NT)Not a good idea to come here for advice on pageants to compete in...there are more negative posts than positive ones.13:39:00 03/11/11 Fri
Neither one has a platform requireded so they must both be more of a beauty pageant. America was around first so it's the longest running Mrs. pageant. I'd say they're pretty equal in their requirements.good luck16:52:32 03/11/11 Fri
Speak to both directors, see what kind of vibe you get, then decide. You'll know, you'll feel it.best of luck09:19:50 03/15/11 Tue
