She did not look like this when she won the Miss U crown in 1988. There are reports in LA that her new look is man-made. In other words, she has been surgically enhanced to look more Caucasian (including wearing colored contact lenses). Back in 1988, Miss Korea was the best looking among the five finalists but she did not speak English at all. The advantage Miss Thailand had over Miss Korea was her facility of the language having been born (?) and raised in California.
