so sorry - ho hum - (says he talking to himself) ... lesson one ... how to get lost in rationalisations !!

The experience is that relaxing the soft palate improves my singing a great deal ... so I relax it a lot and find that it relaxes easily, ... and I feel it relaxes the top of my head and the back of it ... and I dont know why!

... just in my experience the soft palate is very sensitive, easy to find ... and a sort of trick ... to help relaxing at a fundamental level
