Subject: The Crypt Question

Alright, where in the bleedin heck is that freakin Water Talisman? I've cheated and read about how in the crypt is suppose to be a ladder down to the water, but there is nothing down there but a coffin you can open and shut. I believe I'm in the right part of the city, as the walk throughs all talk about the camp site I looted right outside, but is this the crypt? I mean, there's even suppose to be a pressure switch trap, but I can't find anything in that crypt. Please help. I'd appreciate it, as I've been combing the city for about three days now trying to find something and avoiding those dang fire balls.
