Check my walkthroughs in the Oracle. The most commonly missed loot is a silver nugget on a ledge on the way to the underground shrine. After you jump the buildings- look to the right, way out on the ledge. Also make sure to check all those room near the arena real well, it's easy to miss things. Before you cross the ramp into the arena (or jump if you don't have the lever- not recommended since you can't get back across on expert), look up for a wooden beam- there's some loot in the loft up there.
