Subject: The Lawlessness Continues!

According to the Scriptures, the condition of the world in the last days is characterized by the term "lawlessness." Yahshua spoke of the "increase of lawlessness" (Matthew 24:12). And Paul wrote about the man of sin (lawless) and the mystery of lawlessness in 2 Thessalonians 2:7. Lawlessness may be defined as an action or way of life, illegality as a consequence of unlawful acts; defiance of the law, and "not regulated by or based on law." One cannot help but notice common denominators between those who keep Yahweh’s law and those who do not.

There are many who profess Yahweh among the Sacred Name Movement, however, they only pay lip service to his name and the book he gave to the human race. Titus 1:16 “They profess that they know Yahweh; but by their works they deny him, being abominable, and disobedient, and to every good work reprobate.” Because if they did in truth know Yahweh, they would not conduct themselves as they do. The cyber-harassment evident on the so-called Assemblies of Yahweh abuse forum evidences against any religious conviction and true worship of the Most High Yahweh! What is Cyber-harassment?

Cyber-harassment. Cyber-harassment usually pertains to threatening or harassing email messages, instant messages, or to blog entries or websites dedicated solely to tormenting an individual, or individuals, such as what is found on the Voy Forums. Some states approach cyber-harassment by including language addressing electronic communications in general harassment statutes, while others have created stand-alone cyber-harassment statutes.

Cyber Harassment Law & Legal Definition

Cyber harassment refers to online harassment. Cyber harassment or bullying is the use of email, instant messaging, and derogatory websites to bully or otherwise harass an individual or group through personal attacks. Cyber harassment can be in the form of flames; comments made in chat rooms, sending of offensive or cruel e-mail, or even harassing others by posting on blogs or social networking sites. We will look at Texas’s laws on this illegal act.

Texas Penal Code Sec. 33.07. ONLINE HARASSMENT. (a) A person commits an offense if the person uses the name or persona of another person to create a web page on or to post one or more messages on a commercial social networking site:

(1)Without obtaining the other person's consent; and

(2)With the intent to harm, defraud, intimidate, or threaten any person.

(1)"Commercial social networking site" means any business, organization, or other similar entity operating a website that permits persons to become registered users for the purpose of establishing personal relationships with other users through direct or real-time communication with other users or the creation of web pages or profiles available to the public or to other users.

Several things motivate cyber-harassment. These can range from boredom and the harasser seeking personal entertainment to personal vendettas, and can include:

1. Revenge
2. Jealousy
3. Righteousness (Self)
4. Bigotry
5. Fear
6. Anger
7. To get the attention of the target or others

What Can You Do?
If you are an adult and you have been a victim, do not hesitate to contact the police.

The Voy forum that I have been writing about, and against, has focused their vilifications against members of the Assemblies of Yahweh. Why? Because Satan is their master and he leads them against people who keep Yahweh’s laws, statutes and judgments. These individuals are spoken of by Isaiah the Prophet. “Transgressing and denying Yahweh, and turning away from following our Elohim, speaking oppression and revolt, conceiving and uttering from the heart words of falsehood. And, justice is turned away backward, and righteousness stands far off; for truth is fallen in the street, and uprightness cannot enter. Yes, truth is lacking; and he that departs from evil makes himself a prey. And Yahweh saw it, and it displeased him that there was no justice.” Isaiah 59:13-15 in particular, Gary A McAvin and his wife Carol have certainly been targeted. Why us? Are we really that important? We don’t think so! Notwithstanding, the attack continues!

Although it is against the law to post the type of vilifications, harassments, prevarications on forums like Voy, they do it anyway. And, Voy has been contacted numerous times concerning these types of posts. They have it in their own rules that these types of posts are not allowed. But, because they have become so lazy, they do not monitor the forum as they did in the beginning. However, the law of the land concerning libel, slander, and character assassination, is rapidly being applied to the internet writings. Then those who write hateful things against others will certainly be punished. There is no such thing as anonymity on the internet! The authorities know who is doing what at all times. “Fear them not therefore: for there is nothing covered, that shall not be revealed; and hid, that shall not be known.” Matthew 10:26

Est 3:1 After these things did king Ahasuerus promote Haman the son of Hammedatha the Agagite, and advanced him, and set his seat above all the princes that were with him. “And all the king's servants, that were in the king's gate, bowed down, and did reverence to Haman; for the king had so commanded concerning him. But Mordecai bowed not down, nor did him reverence. Then the king's servants, that were in the king's gate, said unto Mordecai, Why do you transgress the king's commandment? Now it came to pass, when they spoke daily unto him, and he hearkened not unto them, that they told Haman, to see whether Mordecai's matters would stand: for he had told them that he was a Jew. And when Haman saw that Mordecai bowed not down, nor did him reverence, then was Haman full of wrath.” Esther 3:1-5

As one who sits in the gate of the Assemblies of Yahweh, I can certainly relate to this passage. Those who falsely accuse Carol and me are no different than those of Mordecai’s time. Insert the assorted names (and you know who you are) where the name Haman appears, and you have your answer. Mordecai was a Torah observant Jew as am I, so; I see a connection across the eras of time. “That which has been is that which shall be; and that which has been done is that which shall be done: and there is no new thing under the sun.” Ecclesiastes 1:9

So, what was the ending for Haman, and subsequently for Mordecai? Haman and his were destroyed and Mordecai was lifted up because of his obedience and good works. “The wicked person sees this and flies into a rage; his teeth gnash and wear away. The desire of the wicked will amount to nothing.” Psalm 112:10
