my best friend hunter got spanked for smoking and hes not smoked since. i guess he got luckly cause he was just trying them. he says he doesn't feel like he has to smoke again. he got belted at home and he got spanked with the lexan by my dad cause his parents asked that my dad do it to help the lesson sink in.

PJ...this young man is fortunate that school and his parents care enough to enforce a NO SMOKING rule. If he is a freshman, he's likely age 14 or 15. I remember from HS days the peer pressure to smoke, so I understand. Maybe he wasn't even smoking but carried a lighter & empty pack to leave the impression he was 'kool' with his friends.

He'll survive the 6 paddle swats. That's better than him developing a smoking habit & ending up later in life with respiratory disease. As for his dad busting his butt, it's a good reminder & good to know some parents still back up school policy decisions.
