Hi Joshua,
I know it's easier said than done, but try what i said. I'm sure you can do it and I'm rooting for you. A spanking on the undies or bare bottom is a lot worse than over pants. Each level of pants you take off it gets progressively worse. I can remember when i did have a nasty habit of getting mad at my parents sometimes and stomping off and slamming my door. But you know what that got me? Nowhere, except over my daddy's lap crying getting my bottom roasted with his hand.
Let me know how it works out, if you were able to not get spanked next time you get sent to your room.
