I was getting so worried I might be able to chat with you again. I have so much to tell you. The big news is I qualified for state again this year in wrestling. We have our regional meet this weekend and I qualified, 8 kids from our region advance to sate in each weight class. I know last year I qualified, but it was more of a fluke when a much better wrestler was disqualified for using illegal holds. I know getting to state is inportant, but it more fun when you get there by winning your way and a fluke. The state meet is this coming Thiursday, Friday and Saturday. I finished this year with a record of 32 wins and 10 losses, it better than my 16-26 regular season record from last year. Last weekend our wrestling team participated in a triangular meet with 2 other schools and I beat both of my opponents. Two weekends ago, my team participated in an 8 school meet and I finished in first place. This was the first time I finished first in a big meet like that. My wrestling is getting better. I, too, was worried and going crazy that I might not ever be able to talk with you, Tanner, Brady, Wyatt and Jonah ever again! I was doing alot of pray over the last few weeks and they were answered! Thanks to PJ and the Moderator of the old forum here asking us to comeback after seeing the form was down where we were at and not knowing if and when it would be running again and extending the welcome invitation to come here and belong again is an answer to my prayers to GOD! My dad is all for me coming back here but, I can not belong to the Proboard Forum so I can only talk to whoever wants to talk to me in this forum outside of the Proboard Forum! You earned this year's record, Little Brother. Is your little butt still attached to you so both of you can go to the state tournament on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday? You certainly have been working your butt off these last 2-3 weeks since we last talked to achieve your accomplishment of finishing 32-10! I am so PROUD OF YOU!! CONGRATULATIONS!! YOU DERSEVE IT! Intimidate your opponents and stare them down and continue to show them you are THE BETTER MAN! Will your Mom, Dad and even Allison be able to be at all 3-days of the tournament? I wished I could watch you. Hey, give a snarel once in awhile for intimidation, too! Hey, why is the tournament starting on Feb. 14? Don't those officials know Valentines Day has to be celebrated and wrestlers have to be with their girlfriends on this day? Love only wins over anything else, and Feb. 14 is set aside for that! Will you get to see Allison? After I finish basketball practice and Holly finishes cheerleading practice and we go home to change, we are going out to a celeberate with a Valentines Day Dinner! We have permission to be out late on a school night, but have to be home by 9 p.m. If I'm not, I've been told I can expect to feel some "heat" on something I use to sit on! I don't want that to happen, so I and Holly will be watching the clock and time! Speaking of basketball our overall record now is 17-2 and league record is 8-1. Last week Tuesday we lost 48-45 despite me scoring 15 pts., Jake 12, Drew 10 and Sean 8pts. That loss dropped us to second place. We were tied with two school undefeated. Friday night we beat one of those schools 75-69 and Drew scored 22pts., I scored 19, Sean had 10 and Jake 9 points. The win put us back into first place and another school tied with us loss so all three of school are tied for first place again. How is Tanner and team doing? They were in first place, and Brady was undefeated and Wyatt was in first place for a while and what about Jonah & team? Need to have them all come to the forum and report in what has been happening! Right now, though, you need to go this week for the 3-day tournament and do the BEST you can and know how and do a good job and win! I know you can do! WHOW! Going to state tournament two years in a row. Hey, what's this last year was a "fluke" you going? You earned the next position after that wrestling screwed up being and doing illegal holds and things so, don't yo ever say it was a "fluke" the only way you got to go. I hate to have to have your little butt "kicked" somehow for saying and thinking that? Just kidding, but you earned last year to go so ENJOY A SECOND YEAR!! I am so PROUD OF YOU!
