We were supposed to have school today, but Mother Nature sent us a blizzard and school was close for the day. We were going to have school today on Presidents’ Day and are scheduled to have Thursday and Friday off this week. The state hockey tournament is Thursday, Friday and Saturday and our school always closes on Thur. and Fri. for the tournament. We only received about 6 inches of new snow, but the high wind is blowing snow everywhere, even in town it is had to drive. I can hardly see the houses across the street from us. I slept in some this morning and later helped mom in the kitchen. She was baking some cookie and I was doing quality assurance testing. Here is Jonah. Hi Mark, we talked on the other forum just before it quit working. My varsity basketball team is doing very well, we are 13-1 on the season. Do you remember I started at Point Guard on the varsity team when our regular starter was in bed with the flu? Chance got better and is back as the starting Point Guard, but I am getting a lot more varsity playing time. Chance missed just that one game, but even though he was back the next week, he wasn’t 100%, struggled and coach let me play most of the game. Most of the season, we were tied for first place with another school, but two weeks ago we played them and beat them. We are now alone in first place. We have had a few tough games, but have always come out on top. I am still playing some JV, but with more time off the bench on varsity, I am playing less JV. My JV team is doing well, we are 11-3 on the season. Chance is our starting Point Guard and Travis starts at the other guard position, when Chance is out of the game I am in for him, but lately coach has me filling in for Travis when he is out of the game. Glad to hear your school declared a Holiday on my 17th Birthday, Tues., Feb. 19 and decided to close for the occasion. Please tell you school officials I love their idea and observance in my special day! Hope YOU TWO and others enjoyed the day off from school! I had school on Feb. l9 and you would think our school could declare a holiday for celebration of my birth day but, they didn't! Night before with permission from my parents and Drew, Jake and Sean's parents with it being a school night they got to sleepover at my house and had me up early, dragged out of bed actually by Drew and on Feb. l9 so he could start my birthday celebration. I got my boxers yanked down to bare my butt and Drew announced he was going to be the first to Birthday Spank me and did! You've heard of "laying on hands"? Well, he did and to my butt! In school we have been learning about Global Warming and Effects It Has The Earth, well Drew checked on some other global warming and effects it would have on to my butt! He hand birthday spanked me, and then Jake and Sean took a turn! My dad came in later on and he hand birthday spanked me! Sure felt funny not getting punishment pain from my dad, 'cause I've gone so long not getting a spanking/paddling from him, but he still knows how to "warm up" my two little globals for Global Warming so I could feel its "effects" in fun! Before I ate breakfast Drew reminded my Mom it was my birthday. I'm sure she remembered 17 years ago at 6 a.m. I arrived that day just in time to eat breakfast that day, and so Drew said I needed a Birthday Spanking and my Mom had me bend over a chair in the kitcen and "fun" swatted the seat of my pants! With the Birthday Spankings I got at home, when it was PE Class time at school with Drew, Jake and Sean and the other guys, some of my buddies saw my pink/red butt and inquired what happened and Drew announced it was my Birthday and then I got "spanked" again. The basketball game that night was at home and dedicated to me in my honor and I was sung Happy Birthday to from the home crowd, we later on won 76-70 in the league game to win and continue 3-way tie for first place. I scored 24 points and two 3-pointers, Jake scored 15 pts. and one 3-pointer, Drew scored 14pts ane one 3-pointer and Sean scored 10 pts and one 3-pointer. The win gives league record of 11-1 and overall record of 20-2 and have a game tonight and then two games Tuesday and Friday next week before week of March 3 for district tournament. After the game coming out of the showers the team nailed me and I got hand birthday spanked by the team as I was bent over a bench. Boy, I really got some "global warming" in fun and laughed and joked with the guys that they "weren't swatting me very hard" but did a good job reddening the cheeks, however! LOL. Jonah...great to hear you and team 13-1. GREAT JOB, little brother. PROUD OF YOU & TEAM! Way to SPANK/KICK BUTTS to achieve this!! GREAT JOB BEING IN FIRST PLACE!! KEEP IT UP! You got 6" of snow? We got some snow 2-4 but nothing to prevent the closing of school and for my Birthday!! Darn it! Holly and I could have really celebrated and others with me, too! Have you two been practice driving in blizzard conditions with your two dads? I drive really slow, following slow traffice ahead of me. Had a couple of foolish motorists pass me and others and they ended up in the snow ditch and I laugh as I drive by them for their idiot driving! Brooks, your MOM made homemade cookies? Your an OFFICIAL QUALITY ASSURANCE (TASTE) TESTER? That is a COOL job to have. I have been invited to do that, too, and sometimes in the past I have been known not to be "invited" and done some "taste testing" on my own. I remember a few times when I was a little bit smaller in age then I am now I was caught doing this. Sometimes it was okay, and then there were a few times it wasn't and I think you might know what happened "bad" something I'm well attached to got into trouble. Brooks or even Jonah, you ever have that happen? Okay, Brooks, what kind of cookies were you "testing" and why wasn't I invited? LOL. So, you boys' town is in hockey fever this week and school closed some days for that? Okay, you two can enjoy some quality time with girlfriends and sports practices, oh, forgot Brooks your wrestling season is done, oh well, you both can enjoy some quality time off from school...so ENJOY THE TIME OFF!
