Hey Mark,
How is it going fellow licensed driver? Does it feel great? Congrats on getting your license, have fun driving.
Hope you had a great stay at Drew's house, did his mom feed you well? Did you stay out of trouble?
Last week Thursday, Friday and Saturday, Brooks was away at the state wtestling meet and mom and dad drove out to watch. I couldn't make the tourney because I had basketball practice Thursday and a home game Friday night. I was home alone Thursday and Friday, it was just our dog Grizzly and I holding down the fort.
How was your birthday? Mine was a great time until I was ambushed by Brady. Saturday Brady invited Kala and my o-called friends Justin and Chad over and they ganged up on me and gave me birthday swats, I received 18 from each of them. They just used their hands, but each tried to hit as hard as they could and Brady kept threatening to get the belt. Kala was getting into it. I owe my brother big time, you know what they say about paybacks.
Saturday night, Kala and I went to a nice restaurant for dinner. I had steak and she shrimp, we shared with each other so it was more like steak and shrimp for both of us. Kala told the waiter it was my birthday so they sang Happy Birthday and at this restaurant, people with birthdays get their dinner free. Since Kala was treating, she just had to buy her own dinner - she got off cheap. Later that evening I collected my birthday hugs and kisses from her.
Sunday mom and dad cooked a big dinner and the whole family was there to celebrate, it was a good time. They invited Kala and sister and parents. The birthday cake and ice cream was delecious.

I seen in another thread your basketball team keeps winning, great job and keep it up. I suppose your season is about done too, ours is. We continue to win too, just that one lose earlier. Our post season is about to begin. Hard to believe my high school basketball playing days are about over. Good luck in you games this week.
I sent my latter to Jeremy, but I haven't recieved a reply yet - I hope he answers. If he answers, I am not sure what he will say, but I am willing to help him get his life on track.
I have no school tomorrow, Friday. Instead of being off Monday for Presidents Day, our schools were open and we are taking tomorrow off instead. We live in a hockey town and the state hockey tournament is this weekend. By having tomorrow off, kids can go to the games.
While Brooks didn't place at the state wrestling tournament, he still did okay. I know he wanted to do better, but I think he is pleased with how he did and how the year went. He posted about it under a seperate thread call "wrestling", check it out.
