That is great advise.
Sadly back during the Golden Age Of Girdles mother set really great examples to their daughters.
Wearing daily a vintage girdle during that time was a sign of becoming all grown up and becoming lady.

The benefits of being daily in a vintage girdle like Rago 6210 are real, but nowadays it takes being open minded to experience the real benefits a girdle worn everyday does without question give you.

Shapewear and Spanx are not great, but they are good in sense as starter girdle. I believe after you wear one of these for a little while and start to experience the benefits you will find you will want to be in a much firmer boned zippered vintage girdle, which does have much more benefits and does give your figure well needed control and support, but it does take a little time and being open minded to experience that.

What also gets me women nowadays will wear a bra and no girdle, I do not get why that is, but a bra and girdle for women do compliment and I believe made for each other for the benefits of your whole figure.
