i sorry Charlie, but i cant give a male answer, but i know my husband says i have a certain sway in my hips when he has me encased one of my long legged high waist girdles, most times in a crowed placed he walks behind me to watch my sway and ogle my garter bumps which he insists must be seen in all my skirts and dresses, i know its not as easy for males to show garter bump as it is for females, but your girdles will give you a sway if not as much as females, just enjoy your girdles at all times when wearing them.
