Just do it. And unless it's something you want to save for special occasions, do it all the time, starting now. Soon you'll be carrying yourself as if nothing has changed, aside from perhaps a little extra spring in your step that comes from that wonderful girdle hug that only you will notice. I've been wearing a LLHWPG all day, every day, for nine months and counting. It's simply become my normal underwear (except it feels so much nicer). The only thing that shows is my flatter belly.

You'll always know you're wearing a girdle - that's one of the joys of it - but just go about your life as usual and nobody will notice.

Earlier this week we had a hot spell, so I tried on a pair of shorts. The legs are long enough that my girdle doesn't show, so I merrily went my way and didn't worry about it. And neither did anyone else.
