I learned all of this from a Spencer Trained Corsetiere who has had years of experience with fitting girdles and helping traing people to experience the real benefits of being everyday well girdle will without question give you.

Yes going 2 sizes smaller then your waist and hips is essential to give your stomach and back the support they really need everyday.

You are right laying down on your bed leaning way back and then pulling up your girdle and hooking the hooks and eyes is also the way to go to help you you internal organs the support they really do need. Which is really essential for you over all health.

And yes you are right keeping your stomach muscles alway well relaxed and rely totally on your vintage to girdle to give you stomach muscles they needed support is really important for your posture and how you feel.

As you are now experiecning the real benefits a vintage girdle does without question give you, not just looking really great but with much more energy.

All of these benefits are real.

Thanks again for posting your girdle experience.
