The doctor ordered her a z pack and a shot of rocephin. I gave her the discharge instructions and then I told her i would need to give her the shot in her bottom. Do i have to have it. Do you want to be admitted to the hospital? She laid on the exam table. She had a pair of knee high boots and black skirt. I pulled up her skirt above her waist. She had a pair of Christmas panties that said Ho!Ho! Ho! I pulled them down exposing all of her bottom. I said i put lidocaine in the shot because this tends to sting. She immediately tensed up her her butt cheeks. I rubbed her right cheek telling she needed to relax or it would hurt more. I said on three, but put the needle in her bottom on 1 and then slowly started injecting. She said you told me on three, I said you didnt tense up either almost done.
