My neighbor across the street called me yesterday and asked if I could come over and look at her ankle. She was walking down the stairs and her heel caught on the carpet and she twisted her left ankle. It was really swollen from what I could see through her hose. I said you really need an x-ray so I drove her over to the urgent care center. I know all the people there since I moonlight there. I asked Stacy for her scissors. I told Aimee I was going to cut her hose so the doctor could see her ankle better. I cut it off from her knee down. I put an ice pack on it and took her to x-ray. Lucky for her it was a bad sprain. I put an ace wrap on her ankle and taught her how to use crutches. She told me it hurt like hell and she was a little sick to her stomach. I told her I would get something for her and give it to her when we got back to her house. I got her to the couch and propper up her leg. I took two small syringes out of my pocket and she watched as I drew up 60mg of toradol which I told her was for the pain and 8mg of zofran for the nausea. I said now I need you to roll over on your stomach. I said I am going to give one in each of your butt cheeks. I am 22 and can't remember getting a shot in the rear as she rolled over. I pulled up her long dress above her waist. I removed her panty hose first and she said you can throw those away which I did. I then slipped down her black panties. She had a tan lines across the center of her butt cheeks. I picked up the zofran and took aim at her right cheek and darted her firm bottom with the first needle. She jumped a little and once she relaxed I slowly gave her all 4cc's. Damn that stuff burns. I rubbed the site a few minutes before giving her left cheek the needle which she did not like any better. She allowed me to rub both of her butt cheeks for a while before I pulled her panties back up. In an hour she told me the medicine was actually working and thanked me for helping her. I told her I would check on her and if the pain got to bad later I could get more. We will talk about that she said. Last night at 11:00 PM she called and said the pain pills aren't helping can you give me one more of those shots. I told her I would be right over. I had gotten two does of each just incase. She was still on the couch and I told her I could help her get to her bedroom. She sat on the stairs and scooted up the stairs. Once up there she hobbled over to her dresser and got out her night gown. She tunred around and asked me to unzip her dress which she let fall to the floor. She unhooked her bra and took it off. She then asked if I could her slide her nightie over her head. She has a great toned body. She hobblerd over to the bed and got in and turned over on her stomach. I drew up the two shots and then pulled down her panties and removed the prior bandaids. One by one I placed a needle in each of her firm buns and injected. I bet you had not planned on undressing your neighbot let alone getting to play with her bare butt. I hope I did not embarras you I told her. I figure you as a nurse have seen lots of naked pretty girls so it does not bother me. She said come over tomorrow night and I am going to make you dinner. I told her I would be over.
