She tensed up as I approached her butt with the needle. I gave her a quick slap on her left hip and stuck the needle in her butt and injected. Kasarah my waitress had this really obvious rash on her arms and I could see a little of it under her hose. She took my order and I said I think you are having some type of reaction. She said I used some new soap this morning in the shower that my boyfriend got me. It itches really bad. After I ate I told her she needed to come down to get some medication for it. Her boss came over and I told him she needed to get some medications for her rash and I said on her break send her over and I will see her right away. She came over at 1:30 and I brought her into my office and examined her. She was wheezing just a little. I looked at her arms. I said I will step out and you take off your panty hose and you can put your shorts back on too. She opened the door and said I am ready. I looked at her legs and she had the whelps on the front of her legs and back. I said I am going to give you a couple of injections and a steroid dose pack to take. Do not use that soap any more. I gave her the dose pack to look at and I drew up 125mg of solumedrol and 25 mg of benadryl in 2 different syringes. How much is this going to cost she asked? I said I am only going to charge you for the dose pack. I said now here is the bad news. I said you are going to have to bend over the table and drop those cute little orange shorts. I could tell she was scared. Better yet just lay across the bed so you can relax a little more. I pulled down her orange shorts and exposed her base butt. Wow I told her you have one very cute little bottom. perfectly tanned with a dimple in each cheek. I said those shorts do you no justice. I placed the first needle deep in her rear and injected and she moaned and said it was hurting. I said one more as I stuck the second 21g needle in her cheek. This time she really hollared out as I gave her the 2cc of solumedrol. I pulled out the needle and she immediately started to rub her cheeks. I placed bandaids on the two sites and massaged both of her buns for a few minutes. She said don't stop it was feeling good. After a few more minutes she got up and took off her shorts and not trying to hide anything she put her hose on and shorts back on. She took one of my business cards and wrote her address and phone number on the back of it and said she would give me a call after work. I am anxiously awaiting her call. I got a call from her this morning telling me her rash was a little better but the itching was still driving her crazy. I told her I would drop by and check on her. She let me in and she was in a t-shirt and pair of those orange shorts without hose. She still had the rash on her arms and legs and back , but it was not as bad. She said she had started the dose pack. I explained it would take a few days for the steroids to kick in. I did say I can give you one more shot of benadryl that will help with the itching. I gave her a pack of oral benadryl tablets. Those shots made my butt very sore yesterday. I took the 50 mg benadryl out of my pocket and said do you want this? Not really , but you can shoot me again. She turned around and walked over to her couch and laid down. I pulled down her shorts and she was not wearing any panties. I pulled the bandaids off her butt cheeks. I then squeezed her small butt cheek and put the needle in the outer portion. She yelled out as I injected that it was burning. She then got up and laid across my lap and I gave her an hour long slow butt massage. I would slap her on the bare butt once in a while and she would cry out.
