I got her vitals. She said she had it on her arms and thighs. I told her I had a couple of shots for her that would help. I had her turn around and lean over the table. I untied her gown and let it fall open. I pulled down her green panties below her butt cheeks.I had her flex her left leg. Then I placed my hand firmly on her left cheeks squeezed her muscle and put the first 21g needle deep in her but and gave her 50mg of benadryl. I pulled out the needle and she stood up rubbing her tiny butt cheek. Then I had her flex her right leg and placed the next needle deep I her right butt cheek and injected slowly the 125 mg of solumedrol. This time she had tears in her eyes. I wiped the blood trails running down her white butt cheeks and put bandaids on the two sites. I gave her a medrol dose pack. As I was giving her discharge instructions she took off her gown and put on her bra , t shirt and jean shorts. She told me her butt felt like it was on fire. I told her the steroids tend to burn. I tried using some over the counter medications for the last few days and it was not helping. I went to the urgent care center where they signed me in. Jim the nurse came in to get my vitals and said looks like you got into some poison ivy. The doctor came in looked at my arms and said give her the usual cocktail. Jim came back with two syringes and closed the door. He told me one was benadryl, one was solumedrol. I said both of these need to go in your bottom. I told her to loosen her jeans and lean over the table. She unzipped jeans and leaned oer the table I pulled down her jeans and panties down below her hips. I had her flex her right leg. I then placed my hand firmnly on her right cheek and without warning darted her tight bun and gave her the benadryl injection. She stood up rubbing her right hip saying that burns. I said okay bend over for the last one. She flexed her left leg and then I quickly poked her in the left cheek giving her the solumedrol. She stood up rubbing both cheeks telling me her bottom felt like it was on fire. I put bandaids on the two sites and helped her pull up her panties and jeans. She wiped the tears from her eyes.
