My sister and her friend both developed strept throat while on a cruise last week. I went with them to see the ship doctor. He said told them that each of them needed a shot of bicillin. I told him I was a nurse and asked if I could give them their shots. They both agreed they wanted me to give them their shots. He gave me the two syringes and we went back to their suite. My sister went first. She undid her shorts and laid across the bed pulling down her panties. Her friend watched as I uncapped the 18g needle and placed it my sisters left butt cheek. She hollered out as the needle sank into her hip. I slowly injected the thick medication and pulled out the needle. A small trickle of blood ran across her white butt cheek. I slowly massaged the area and put a bandaid on the site. Her friend Holly was horrified. Do i really have to have it. I said not if you don't want to get better. If it gets worse you will get two of these. She laid across the bed pulling down her shorts and panties. She is a petite 18 year old weighing about 110 pounbds. I placed my hand firmly on her butt cheek and said on three. One one I darted the 18g needle in her rump causing her to yell out. I said okay relax the needle is in your bottom and slowly injected. When I pulled out the needle she was crying holding her butt cheeks in her hands. I slowly massaged them until she said she was ok. SHe pulled up her panties and shorts and said that was the worst shot of her life. I told her she might need one more if she was not better in a few days. I sure hope not.

My wife called and said her really good friend Becky was not feeling well and wanted to see if we could see her in our clinic. I told her to have her come over during lunch time. She came over and I signed her in. She was wearing a short black dress and flats. I got her vitals and temp. She had a fever of 102.3. I swabbed her throat and sent her over for a chest x-ray. The doctor came in and told her she had pneumonia and was goiong to give her a shot and some antibioitics to take at home. I came in with the vial of rocephin and 2 small syringes. I told her she needed to lie on her stomach and raise up her dress. She rolled over and pulled up her dress revealing her very cute little bottom in a black thong. She watched as I drew up 1.5cc in each syringe. I said I am going to give it to you in two shots, one in each cheek. If I were to give it to you in one side you would find walking and sitting very difficult. I told her she had a fine looking butt. I placed my hand firmyl on her left cheek and poked her with the 18g needle which caused her to cry out. She gripped the sides of the bed and squeezed. Holy Shit that stuff hurts like hell as I pulled out the first needle. I picked up the second and quickly wipes and poked her in the opposite cheek causing her to jump again. I said I know these two shots hurt , but you will feel much better in the morning. She had tears in her eyes. I put bandiads on the sites and then grabbed a handful of each cheek and squeezed them and massaged them. She said keep rubbing them it feels good. After about 10 minutes I flipped down her dress and helped her get off the table. She stood up rubbing her butt saying wow. Sorry for being a baby. I said those things hurt.

I was working in the ER the other night and my neighbor Melody came into our ER. I saw her sign in and went out to see what was wrong. She told me she had a fever and real bad sore throat. I took her back to a room and swabbed her throat. It came back positive. The doctor came in and saw her and told her she was going to get an injection of penicillin and left. I told her I would be back in a moment with her shot. I came back with 2 small tubexs of Bicillin. Two shots, I thought i was getting one. I said I can give it to you in one shot but your bottom will be so sore. I will give it to you in two smaller doses. You decide. She unzipped her skirt and stepped out of it. She had on a pair of hose and red panties. She leaned over the end of the exam table. I pulled down her hose to mid thigh and then her red panties. She has a very cute firm little butt. I uncapped the first 18g needle and pinched a handful of her butt muscle and darted the 18g needle up to the hub. She screamed and started to moan it was hurting as I finished the first injection. I gave her a minute or two to compose and said one more as I quickly poked her with the seoond needle. Once again she moaned it was hurting. I wiped the blood trails running down her butt cheeks and put bandaids on the two sites. I slowly massaged her cheeks a few minutes and then helped her pull up her panties and hose. Sorry I was such a wuss. I said those shots hurt and you did really good. I told her she had a very cute little bottom. She said wello why don't you come over tomorrow and check on me. I told her I would. I went over the next morning to find her in her PJ's. She poured me a cup of coffee and then came over to me and pulled down her bottoms baring her bottom and asked that I rub her butt as it was still very sore.
