I made him a cup of coffee. I noticed the two small tubexs of penicillin. I thought I was going to get one. He said I could give it to you in one shot, but your butt would be really sore. I said those look like pretty big needles. He said they are 18g 1.5 inches long. I never thought about it when i ordered one of my patients to get a shot of penicillin. Finally I said okay lets get this over with. I laid on the couch and untied my scrubs. He pushed them down to mid thigh. I think I blushed as he pulled down my green panties. I felt his hand grab a handful of my cheek and then I jumped as he thrust the needle into my ass. I did scream out and I had tears in my eyes when he pulled out the needle. That stuff is like glue in my butt. He rubbed my left cheek this time and then gave me a really hard slap on my butt and stuck me with the needle. My butt was stinging from his hand smacking me so hard I really did not feel him stick me or the injection. He put two bandaids on my butt and then gave me a long slow butt massage. He came over this morning to check on me. I told him my butt still ached. he told me I had a very cute little bottom and he enjoyed the oppurtunity to get a real close look at it. I thanked him for coming over and he said no thank you for giving the oppurtunity to see your lovely little bottom. He told me he had been admiring me since I started inthe ER, but was afraid to ask me out. I told him he would need to come back tomorrow to give my bottom special attention.
