I had two young ladies who came in for a gamma globulin shots after they were exposed to a patient in their dental office who is a known hepatitis carrier. Both girls are new dental assistants and have not started their hepatitis A or B series. I told them they were going to get 2.5 cc of ISG in each hip. I explained it was given with an 18g needle and that I could put some cream on the injection sites and wait 15-20 minutes to numb the area. They each lowered their scrubs and I applied the cream to thier cute little butts. I called Chelsey in and had her lie on the table. I pulled down her scrubs and her panties and wiped the cream over off her firm little butt cheeks. I smacked her on the left cheek and stuck the first 18g needle deep in her bottom and slowly injected. I massaged the area a few times and then said onbe mnore as I smacked her other cheek and darted her in the bottom and injected. I wiped the two small blood spots off her butt and put bandaids on the two sites. She got up slowly and limped out of the room. Karen came in and got up on the table and pulled down her scrubs and I pulled down her panties and wiped the cream off both of her buns. I told her I was going to give her a few slaps and then stick. I gave her two slaps and then darted her with the needle. She started to get tears in her eyes as I finished the first injection. Do I have to get the second one. Yes it said as I wiped her other cheek. I gave her a couple more whacks and then buried the last needle in her little butt cheek and slowly injected. I massaged both of her butt cheeks and put bandiads on the sites. Chelsey came in telling me her butt was really sore. I told them both I could put ice packs on the sites. Both girls leans over the table and I bared their bottom and put ice packs on their bottoms for 15 minutes. I strongly suggested to both girls they needed to get the Hep A and Hep B in order to avoid those shots. Don't worry we will.

I had to go to my wife's dental office and give one of the hygenist a IGG shot. She met me in the lounge. She is 19 and she told me I a so afraid of needles. I said I am going to have to give you two shots and both are going in your butt. She leaned over one of the recliners and unted her scrubs. I pulled them down exposinga cute pair of yemmow panties which I pulled down to her knees. I said I am going to give you a couple of swats to your bare bottom and then stick you. her little white butt turend bright red after the second smack and I put the first 18g needle in her butt. She hollered out shit and then I slowly injected . I massaged the spot a few times. One more in your other cheek as I quickly smacked her twice and poked her with the seond needle. I slowly injected. I wiped off the two blood trails and put cotton balls on each spot. She stood up and looked white as a ghost. She was just holding both ofher butt cheeks and told me she felt like she glue balls in her butt. I told her to stand up and I genly squeezed each cheek working the medicine into her muscle. Eventually she said it was feeling better and i pulled up her panties and scrubs. I said you will need to go on a long walk tonight. She wiped her tears away and left.
