I was at work yesterday when my neighbor brought her daugther in for for a bad chest cold. Her daughter and I went to high school together. She is 24 and a lawyer. I signed them in and placed them in a room. I said if you want I can get another nurse to take care of you and Brenda said no, you can take care of me. She said she had a really bad cough, rib pain and low grade fever. I got a chest x-ray and it showed early pneumonia. The doctor gave her a z pack and ordered a gram of rocephin. I drew it up in a 3cc syringe mixed with lidocaine. I came back and gave her the instruction sheet and script for the z pack. I said I also need to give you an injection. She said okay which arm. I said I am sorry , but this needs to go in your hip. I said it might sting a little, but I did mix it with some numbing medication. I told her I could get another nurse. No need. I am sure you have seen a lot of naked butts. She got up from the chairb and said how do we do this? I told her it would be better if she laid on her stomach for the injection. She unzipped her skirt and took it off laying it in the chair and then laid. I pulled down her hose and panties exposing her cute firm butt. I placed my hand firmly across her cheek and darted the 20g needle deep in her butt. She flinched and when she relaxed I slowly injected. I pulled out the needle and rubbed her hip a few moments before putting a cottonball on the site. She said can you rub it a little longer it still aches. I slowly massaged her bottom a few more minutes and then help her pull up her panties and hose. She put on her skirt and said we need to do dinner some night. I told her I would be honored.
