 This morning I had a very cute 21 year old come into our clinic. Her husband told her over the weekend that she needed to be treated for a STD. I explained that the doctor would need to do an exam and that she would then be given 2 shots of penicillin. She started to cry. I hear those shots hurt really bad. I told her they do as the medicine is really thick. I told her to make sure she asked for me and I would give them to her. Donna the other nurse was older and was not very nice when young folks come in for their injections. An hour later she came to my room. I told her to lie on the table and would be right back. I came back with 2 of the 2.4 million unit syringes. I watched as she lowered her jeans and panties. Her little butt cheeks were clenched tight. I smacked her gently and told her she needed to relax or the shots would be more painful. I took airm at the left cheek and sank that 18g needle deep in her butt and slowly injected. She was crying really hard when I was done. I quickly picked up the second syringe and had the needle in her right cheek as she was begging me to stop. I told her she needed the full dose. Afterward I wiped the two blood trails off her butt and placed bandaids on both sites. I placed ice packs on her butt and told her I would be back in 15 mins. I slowly rubbed both of her cheeks for a few minutes and helped her pull up her panties and jeans. She hobbled around the room and I told her she really needed to go on a long walk.
