the kenalog shots for years until HMO's and Insurance companies decided they wouldn't allow it anymore. Or maybe they just don't PAY for it any longer. Has anyone else
experienced this one, of many quirks of the Brave New World? It's pretty frustrating. Has anyone had luck with alternative physicians who still think kenalog or triemcinalone a viable treatment in the 21st century?

Bill, have you asked for a kenalog shot lately or another steroid shot. also, if they said insurance will not pay have you offered to pay for it yourself? i got my last steroid shot before covid. my allergies were bad and i really needed it. i am hoping that i will not have trouble getting another shot in the future.
